Jim and Linda moved to Canada from England in January 2006, 4 months
later they were selling English baking in Qualicum Farmer's market
and have become famous for their fruit pies and 'Bakewell Tart',
they also make beautiful handmade greeting cards which are exclusive
and not found anywhere else. Jim also makes wooden garden ornaments
for the garden such as wheelbarrows and wishing wells. All are available
in the gift shop.
Having a varied background in business and catering they have owned
various fish and chip shops, cafes and restaurants. They have 3
tiny little Yorkshire terriers which they brought over from England,
'Poppy' is the mother and is 14 years old, 'Sapphire' and 'Shylock'
are her puppies and are 10 years old. They are friendly but are
not allowed anywhere near the guests or guest rooms.
