RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card number from
which we take a deposit for the first night (50% if longer stay
or multi-room booking). You may pay the balance with cash, personal
cheque, Visa or Mastercard upon arrival.
If you must cancel, we ask that you give us a minimum of 14 days
notice. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation
date, your deposit is forfeited.
All cancellations made more than 14 days in advance are subject
to a $30 processing fee per room.
Check in 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm or by arrangement.
Check-out is 11:00 am.
Our room rates include full homemade breakfast.
Please inquire about children under the age of 12 staying at
By the Pool.
No children under 5 years old.
All rates are based on double occupancy (2 persons - 1bed).
For each additional person $25 per night.
By the Pool is a non-smoking B&B.
We aplologize for not being able to accept pets as we have 3 Yorkshire
Terriers of our own in residence.
